We run a busy weekly programme of free wellbeing hubs, across several of our sites, including Sailmakers, The Royal Oak, & Felixstowe. Emmaus Suffolk hubs are free, safe, and supported sessions that welcome any adults who wish to attend. No booking required and light refreshments provided.
